煤系针状焦煅烧冷却工艺的技术研究

摘要 对一种煤系针状焦煅烧冷却工艺进行了技术研究。从延迟焦化而来的生焦经回转窑高温煅烧后进入回转冷却器。通过分析比较三种冷却方式及其影响,得出在回转冷却器设计上打破原内喷水直接冷却的方式,取而代之为全间接冷却的方式,不仅可以降低煅后焦的含水率,减少煅烧湿烟气量,改善除尘系统环境和压力,同时还可以回收余热资源,具有一定的节能环保意义和推广价值。 This paper carried out technical research on a kind of coalbased needle coke calcining and cooling process.The green coke from delayed coking enters the rotary cooling kiln after being calcined at a high temperature in the rotary kiln.This paper analyzed and compared the three cooling methods and their effects,and concluded that the rotary cooling kiln design broke the original direct cooling method with water spray and replaced it with indirect cooling.The indirect cooling method can not only reduce the moisture content of the calcined coke,reduce the amount of wet flue gas,optimize the environment and pressure of the dust removal system,but also recover the waste heat resources,which has certain energy saving and environmental protection significance and promotion value.
