摘要
分析了煤矿机电设备安全管理的基本流程及其制度,指出了实现煤矿机电安全信息管理的必要性及信息管理系统应具备的功能。通过贝叶斯分类方法,建立了机电设备安全状态的动态量化评价模型,基于评价模型,对机电安全信息管理系统进行了设计,通过该系统实现了煤矿机电设备故障和隐患录入、维护、排除、检查与考核的全过程信息化闭环管理。
This paper analyzed the basic process and management system of the safety management of coal mine electromechanical equipment,pointed out the necessity of realizing coal mine electromechanical safety information management and the functions of information management system,established the dynamic quantitative evaluation model of electromechanical equipment safety status through Bayesian classification method,designed the electromechanical safety information management system based on the evaluation model.Through the system,the whole process information closedloop management of coal mine electromechanical equipment fault and hidden danger input,maintenance,elimination,inspection and assessment was realized.
