摘要
矿井提升机作为矿井生产的关键运输设备,运行质量的稳定、可靠直接关系着矿井生产的综合效益。以此为着手点,针对变频控制系统在提升机中的应用开展分析,在分析PLC变频控制系统原理的基础上,对变频控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计做出针对性分析,希望能够为其他矿井相似工程的开展提供借鉴和参考。
Mine hoist is a key transportation equipment for mine production.The stable and reliable operation quality of it is directly related to the comprehensive benefits of mine production.Taking this as a starting point,the application of frequency conversion control system in hoists was analyzed.Based on the analysis of the principle of PLC frequency conversion control system,this paper analyzed the hardware design and software design of the frequency conversion control system,hoping to provide reference for the development of similar projects in other mines.
