摘要 为明确五味子内生拮抗菌JYg07菌株的促生防病作用,采用菌液浸泡、浇灌供试种子测定JYg07菌株对供试植物生长的影响;利用室内和大田浇灌菌液的方法研究其对五味子茎基腐病的防治效果.结果显示:JYg07菌株发酵稀释液对种子萌发及出苗没有影响,发酵液稀释100倍以下对植物的生长有促生作用,浸种+浇灌处理的促生作用最佳.温室试验表明,JYg07发酵液对五味子茎基腐病有一定的防治效果,并且随着浇灌次数的增加,防治效果呈逐步上升趋势,在第28天时防治效果最高,达到55.77%;提前浇灌菌株发酵液,能够减轻病害发生,起到预防作用.利用菌株发酵液在大田浇灌发病五味子植株表现出防治效果,但效果低于室内,防治效果最好的也仅在浇灌4次后第10天达到34.16%;防治效果的持续性也不理想,随着时间的延长,出现下降趋势.试验结果表明:JYg07菌株具备促进五味子植株生长,防治五味子茎基腐病的潜力. In order to clarify the growth promotion and biocontrol effect of endophytic antagonistic bacterium JYg07 of Schisandra chinensis,the effects of JYg07 on the growth of tested plants and the control effect on stem base rot of S.chinensis were determined by soaking and irrigating the tested seeds in laboratory and field.The results showed that the fermentation diluent of JYg07 had no effect on seed germination and seedling development.The fermentation diluted below 100 times had a promoting effect on plant growth,and the method of seed soaking+irrigation effect was the best.Greenhouse experiments showed that JYg07 fermentation had a certain control effect on stem base rot of S.chinensis,and with the increase of irrigation times,the control effect showed a gradual upward trend,the highest control effect was 55.77%on the 28 th day;Watering the fermentation in advance can reduce the occurrence of diseases and play a preventive role.The control effect of strain fermentation broth on S.chinensis in the field was lower than that in the laboratory,and the control effect was the best only after 4 times of irrigation,reaching 34.16%on the 10 th day.The persistence of control effect is not ideal,the control effect decreased with the extension of time.The results show that JYg07 strain has the potential to promote the growth of S.chinensis and prevent stem base rot.
