高职院校实施“扬长教育”的探索与研究

Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges by Bringing Students′Merits into Play

近年来随着高职招生改革的推进,高职院校生源结构越来越复杂,不同生源的学生基础知识水平、能力、素质等差异大,如何培养教育,这给高职院校教育教学带来一系列新课题。针对学生特点,开展教育教学改革,充分发挥学生个人特长,激发学生学习积极性,实施“扬长教育”,是高职院校提高人才培养质量,促进学生成长成才的有效途径。

In recent years,with the promotion of enrollment reform in higher vocational colleges,the background of students is becoming more and more complex.The basic knowledge level,ability and quality of students from different sources differ greatly,which has brought great challenges to teaching and education in higher vocational colleges.The essay proposes to focus on students’merits and bring their merits into play,so as to stimulate their learning enthusiasm and building their self-confidence.In this way,talents training quality of higher vocational colleges can be improved.
