军民联合培养士官在军事科技人才培养中具有独特的地位,有利于推动军民深度融合,满足部队对士官人才的需要以及提高士官人才培养的质量效益。在联合培养士官的过程中,军地院校师资融合具有先导性和关键性的作用,但现实中存在融合机制不完善、方法路径不清晰、渠道平台不畅通等问题。从不同侧面提出对策措施,为加强军地院校师资融合提供了借鉴参考。

Joint training of sergeant by military and local colleges plays a special role in military personnel training,can promote the integration of military and civil education,and improves the personnel training quality.During the training process,the integration of military and local teaching staff plays a leading and major role,while some problems still exist in the training practice,such as inadequate mechanism,unclear path,unsmooth channel,etc.This essay puts forward countermeasures from different aspects to improve the integration of teaching staff in military and local colleges.
