螺旋桨桨叶涡激振动引起机舱噪声的预报与分析

摘要 螺旋桨高速转动时,随边产生周期性脱落旋涡,其频率接近叶片某一阶固有频率时会诱导叶片产生涡激共振。对于电池推进新型船舶,螺旋桨涡激振动引起的舱室噪声属于主要噪声源。为了提高新型船舶的绿色度和噪声舒适度,采用统计能量法对螺旋桨涡激振动产生的舱室噪声进行预报,并研究分析噪声治理措施,提出噪声治理优化设计方案。螺旋桨桨叶涡激振动引起的舱室噪声预报方法和降噪治理措施,可供新型船舶减振降噪设计参考。 When the propeller rotates at high speed,periodic shedding vortices are generated at the trailing edge,and when the frequency is close to a certain natural frequency of the blade,the blade will be induced to generate vortex-induced resonance.The cabin noise caused by propeller vortex-induced vibration is the main noise source for the new ships using electric propulsion.In order to improve the greenness and noise comfort of the new ships,the cabin noise caused by propeller vortex-induced vibration is predicted by the statistical energy analysis method,the noise control measures are studied and analyzed,and the optimal design scheme of noise control is proposed.The prediction method of cabin noise caused by propeller blade vortex-induced vibration and the control measures of noise reduction can be used as a reference for the design of vibration and noise reduction of the new ships.
