某滚装船真空马桶系统生产设计

摘要 真空马桶与污水处理装置配带的真空装置,通过管路连通将整个管路系统形成真空。真空马桶系统通往每个马桶必须有一道隔膜阀与外界隔离,当此阀被打开时,依靠大气压的压差,将马桶内的污水抽走。污水处理装置正常工作状态下,真空装置的压力设定值为-0.6 bar(停止点)~-0.4 bar(起动点)。为了减少整个过程压力的消耗,浅析了真空马桶系统生产设计过程应注意的事项,保证了整个系统满足使用要求。 The vacuum toilet is connected with the vacuum device of the sewage treatment plant through the pipeline to form a vacuum in the whole pipeline system.The vacuum toilet system must have a diaphragm valve to isolate from the outside.When the flushing toilet opens this valve,the sewage in the toilet will be pumped away by the pressure difference of atmospheric pressure.Under normal working condition of sewage treatment plant,the pressure setting value of vacuum pump station is from-0.6 bar(stop point)to-0.4 bar(start point).In order to reduce the pressure consumption in the whole process,this paper analyzes the matters needing attention in the production design modeling process of the vacuum toilet system,so as to ensure that the whole system meets the using requirements.
