摘要
加拿大儿童图书馆标准由全国性和地方性标准构成,分布在公共图书馆和学校图书馆标准中。全国性标准主要由全国性公共图书馆协会制定,地方性标准由省和地区的图书馆协会、政府部门或两者协商制定。加拿大儿童图书馆标准的特点是:全国标准对地方标准具有引领作用,各地数量不等,标准与法律法规相辅相成,学校图书馆标准要求与实际情况相差较大。其对我国的启示包括:多出台地方标准,及时更新标准,重视基层图书馆标准的制定,重视标准的实施情况。
The Canadian standards for children's libraries are derived from national and local public library and school library standards.National standards are primarily formulated by nationwide library associations while local standards are formulated by provincial and regional library associations,government departments or both through consultation.The characteristics of Canadian standards for children’s libraries are as follows:national standards play a leading role,the number of applicable standards varies from province to province,standards,laws and regulations are complementing each other.However,some requirements of school library standards do not match the actual situation.The enlightenment to China includes more local standards should be formulated,standards be updated in a timely manner,attention be paid to the formulation of standards for grassroots libraries,and concrete ways to implement the standards be designed.
