土木工程管理与工程造价的有效控制

Civil Engineering Management and Effective Control of Engineering Cost

我国土木工程事业的发展迅猛,长期的发展中取得了卓越的发展成效,已然成为了我国国民经济中的重要产业,每年创造了巨大的产值。但土木工程项目实施中,工程管理与工程造价是不可忽略的管控方面,只有保持了二者管控的同步开展,方可使得土木工程的各方面目标都得以实现,在提升工程效益的同时带动行业的现代化发展。基于此,本文以某土木工程项目为例,探讨了该项目中工程管理和工程造价的相关控制对策,对解决土木工程现场的质量、成本和安全等问题有着一定的管理借鉴价值。

China's civil engineering industry has developed rapidly and has achieved outstanding development results in the long-term development.It has become an important industry in China's national economy and has created a huge output value every year.However,in the implementation of civil engineering projects,engineering management and engineering cost are not negligible aspects of management and control.Only by maintaining the simultaneous development of the two management and control,can all aspects of the civil engineering goals be achieved,and the modern development of the industry can be promoted while improving the benefits of the project.Based on this,this paper takes a civil engineering project as an example to discuss the relevant control measures of project management and engineering cost in the project,which has a certain management reference value for solving the problems of quality,cost and safety of civil engineering sites.
