大型核燃料后处理项目土建投资估算方法探讨

Discussion on the Estimation Method of Civil Engineering Investment of Large-scale Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Project

本文依靠国内已编制完成的乏燃料后处理工程概算,结合核电及相关核化工工程的投资估算经验,对龙安项目,在设计输入条件严重不足的情况下,讨论研究了投资估算的方法,并给出相关估算指标。

Based on the budget estimate of spent fuel reprocessing project which has been compiled in China,combined with the investment estimation experience of nuclear power and related nuclear chemical engineering,this paper discusses and studies the investment estimation method of Long'an project in the case of serious shortage of design input conditions,and gives the relevant estimation indexes.
