新时代的到来伴随着人们的需求的变化。作为公共服务事业一部分的体育机构,也需要随着时代的改变进行革新,以适应人们新的主张。目前我国的机构管理存在着城乡资源管理不当、制度法规的缺失、职业经理人欠位以及市场力量不足等现实性问题。针对这些缺陷,有关部门可以通过促进城乡体育融合发展、培育专职经理人以及放开民间资本通道等措施来推动体育机构管理水平的发展,进而满足人们的需求。

The arrival of the new era is accompanied by changes in people's needs.As part of the public service business,sports institutions also need to innovate with the changes of the times to adapt to people's new ideas.At present,China's institutional management has practical problems such as improper management of urban and rural resources,lack of systems and regulations,lack of professional managers,and insufficient market power.In response to these shortcomings,the relevant departments can promote the development of the management level of sports institutions by promoting the integrated development of urban and rural sports,cultivating full-time managers,and liberalizing private capital channels to meet people's needs.
