摘要
在现浇箱梁施工中,支架法施工工艺已得到广泛的应用;支架形式的选择及设计对施工安全保证和施工效率起到至关重要的作用。本文结合新建湖州至杭州西至杭黄高铁连接线工程四标6×32m变截面道岔连续梁采用钢管贝雷梁支架系统的应用,具体描述了钢管贝雷梁墩梁式支架的设计施工过程,从而总结出钢管贝雷梁支架在连续梁施工中发挥安全、成本、工期等方面的优势。
In the construction of cast-in-place box girder,the construction technology of scaffolding method has been widely used;the selection and design of scaffolding form plays a vital role in guaranteeing construction safety and construction efficiency.Combined with the application of steel pipe Bailey beam support system in 6×32m variable cross-section turnout continuous beam of the fourth bid of the new Huzhou-Hangzhou West-Hangzhou-Huangzhou high-speed railway connecting line project,this paper specifically describes the design and construction process of steel pipe Bailey beam pier beam support,so as to summarize the advantages of steel pipe Bailey beam support in continuous beam construction in terms of safety,cost and duration.
