地铁车站不同施工工法对工程造价的影响分析

摘要 地铁工程的重要组成部分是地铁车站,在地铁车站上的投资占比较大。现在建设地铁车站的普遍使用的施工工法有三种,包括明挖法,暗挖法和盖挖法。本文是对不同施工工法对工程造价的影响分析的阐述,主要对三种施工方法的工序特点及其造价结构的剖析,分析出更合适的方案,更加合理施工方式,从而达到减少建设工程总投资目标。为地铁车站的规划和建设提供参考。 An important part of the subway project is the subway station,and the investment in the subway station accounts for a relatively large amount.There are three commonly used construction methods for constructing subway stations,including open-cut method,under-cut method and cover-excavation method.This paper describes the impact of different construction methods on the project cost,mainly analyzes the process characteristics and cost structure of the three construction methods,analyzes the more appropriate scheme and more reasonable construction method,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the total investment of construction projects.It provides reference for the planning and construction of subway station.
