复杂环境下渡槽桥的安全快速协同拆除研究

摘要 横跨兰海高速公路上的务公渡槽为钢筋混凝土肋拱渡槽,周边环境较为复杂。采用爆破拆除和机械破碎结合的方式,在控制爆破产生的有害效应的对周围环境产生有害影响的前提下,对待拆渡槽进行快速拆除。在爆破拆除环节,采用数码电子雷管对拱肋,承台,基础采用浅孔爆破的方式,严格控制孔间药量和孔间起爆延时,通过实现渡槽整体的有序坍塌、防护沙袋、橡胶垫的铺设,避免了爆破拆除过程中的爆破冲击波、塌落振动、飞石等对周边环境带来的有害影响。在做好爆前准备工作的前提下,渡槽拆除过程仅用2小时上下线完全通车,得到预期的效果,为同类工程提供借鉴。 The Wugong aqueduct on the Lanhai expressway is a reinforced concrete ribbed arch aqueduct,and the surrounding environment is more complex.The combination of blasting demolition and mechanical crushing is adopted to quickly demolish the aqueduct under the premise of controlling the harmful effects of blasting on the surrounding environment.In the process of blasting demolition,the digital electronic detonator is used to destroy the arch rib,pile cap,arch cap and base by means of shallow-hole blasting and the charge quantity and initiation delay between holes are strictly controlled.Implementing the orderly collapse of the aqueduct and the laying of protective sandbags and rubber cushions,the harmful effects of blasting shock wave,collapse vibration and flying rock on the surrounding environment are avoided.After the preparation work before the explosion,the aqueduct was completely opened to traffic in only 2 hours,which achieved the expected results and provided reference for similar projects.
