结合宝坪高速桥梁工程施工,介绍自行式液压模板在箱梁预制中的应用,通过施工工艺对比、受力性能分析及建模验算、工艺成本比对,体现出该项新工艺在实际施工实践中的明显优势,可作为后续施工和新工艺探索优化的借鉴。

Combined with the construction of Baoping Expressway bridge project,this paper introduces the application of self-propelled hydraulic formwork in box girder prefabrication.Through construction process comparison,force performance analysis,modeling check calculation,and process cost comparison,it shows that the new process has obvious advantages in construction and can be used as a reference for subsequent construction and exploration and optimization of new processes.
