摘要
高速铁路桥梁地基处理形式一般为钻孔灌注桩,成孔后需安放钢筋笼。针对钢筋笼的搭接焊接的特点,本文介绍了一种自制钢筋预弯工具,有效地提高钢筋预弯一次成型率,减少二次返工及重新加工次数,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。
The foundation treatment of high-speed railway bridges is generally bored piles,and steel cages need to be placed after the holes are formed.Aiming at the characteristics of lap welding of steel cages,this article introduces a self-made steel pre-bending tool,which can effectively increase the primary forming rate of steel pre-bending and reduce the number of secondary rework and reprocessing.It has certain reference value for similar projects.
