基于风险的天然气净化厂危险气体探测器布局优化研究

摘要 在天然气净化厂生产区域内布置危险气体探测器时预防事故发生的重要措施。本文在危险气体探测器选型分析、潜在泄漏源的辨识的基础上,运用RBI技术确定设备的风险等级,进而提出天然气净化的危险气体探测器的布局优化措施,可以为天然气净化厂等石化厂区的探测器布局提供一定的指导。 The natural gas purification plant is the key place in the process of natural gas production.After the leakage of sulfur-containing natural gas,it may cause fire,explosion and poisoning accidents.It is an important measure to prevent accidents when arranging dangerous gas detectors in the production area.Based on the analysis of hazardous gas detector selection and identification of potential leakage sources,this paper uses RBI technology to determine the risk level of equipment,and then puts forward the layout optimization measures of hazardous gas detector for natural gas purification,which can provide certain guidance for the layout of detectors in petrochemical plants such as natural gas purification plants.
