摘要
绿色创新是多动态情境所衍生出的复杂产物,其亟需更多情境化和根源性探索以指导企业绿色创新实践。本文以国安化工有限公司的颠覆式创新为案例背景,采取开放式编码、主轴译码和选择性译码的逐级编码程序,研究结果表明,企业绿色创新能力提升涉及制度规范、组织情境、价值共创3个关联要素,并基于此构建了企业绿色创新能力提升路径理论模型。
Green innovation is a complex product derived from multiple dynamic scenarios,and it urgently needs more contextualization and root exploration to guide enterprises'green innovation practices.This article takes the subversive innovation of Guoan Chemical Co.,Ltd.as a case background and adopts a step-by-step coding process of open coding,main axis decoding and selective decoding.The research results show that the improvement of corporate green innovation capabilities involves institutional norms,organizational context,and value co-creation,and based on this,a theoretical model of the path to improve the company's green innovation capabilities is constructed.
