基于工匠精神的艺术设计类人才培养模式研究

RESEARCH ON THE TRAINING MODE OF ARTISTIC DESIGN TALENTS BASED ON CRAFTSMAN SPIRIT

高职院校艺术设计类专业,长期以培养应用型、创新型、复合型人才为主,但是少有院校结合工匠精神深入发掘新型的人才培养模式。为了进一步探讨艺术设计类人才培养融入工匠精神的可行性。本文首先分析了艺术设计领域的人才需求,然后探讨了艺术设计类人才的工匠精神表现机制,最后提出基于工匠精神的艺术设计类人才培养的四种模式。旨在推动艺术类专业的教学模式改革,助力工匠人才体现职业精神。

For a long time,art design majors in higher vocational colleges have had outstanding advantages in cultivating application-oriented,innovative and interdisciplinary talents.However,few colleges and universities have explored a new talent training mode in combination with the craftsman spirit.In order to further explore the feasibility of integrating artistic design talents training into craftsman spirit.This paper first analyzes the demand for talents in the field of art and design,then discusses the expression mechanism of craftsman spirit of art and design talents,and finally puts forward several training modes of art and design talents based on craftsman spirit.It aims to promote the reform of the teaching mode of art majors and help artisans to reflect their professional spirit.
