体育教师与学生对体育的教育公平感知研究

摘要 采用自编的教育公平感知调查问卷对新疆生产建设兵团8个师102所中小学校的435名体育教师和116名学生进行调查。结果显示,体育教师总体教育公平感知较差,但其教育公平意识较强,对学校体育的公平内涵和价值具有良好的认知。教师不公平感知的主要原因是领导重视不够、职称评聘渠道不畅、教学训练投入和回报不相匹配、社会歧视与偏见等。相反,学生普遍对学校体育的教育公平感知较好,但其教育公平意识淡薄、敏感性差,且在性别、体育成绩、体育成就期待上存在显著性差异。建议消除对教育公平绝对性的误解,提高体育教师的社会认可度,唤醒个体自觉,使师生共同提高体育的教育公平意识、践行公平行为,以提升学校体育的教育质量,促进学校体育的教育公平。 The research was conducted on the perception of physical education equity by using the self-made questionnaire.The results shows that P.E teachers had a poor sense of equity overall,but they had a strong sense of equity in education,connotation and value of equity in physical education.The main sources of unfair feelings are the insufficient attention of leaders,the lackage of professional title evaluation channels and the mismatch between teaching and training investment and return,social discrimination and prejudice.On the contrary,students have a good perception of equity in physical education,but their sense of equity is weak and their sensitivity is poor.There are significant differences in gender,physical educational achievement and its expectation.It is suggested that the misunderstanding of the absoluteness of education fairness should be eliminated,the social recognition of P.E teachers should be improved,and the individual consciousness should be aroused so that teachers and students can improve the physical equity consciousness and promote the fair behavior of physical education together,so as to enhance the equity sense of physical education in schools.
