摘要
以2个南高丛蓝莓品种‘比洛克西’和‘戴安娜’为试材,分析了不同植物生长调节剂和基质对蓝莓硬枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:吲哚丁酸(IBA,2 000 mg∕L)和萘乙酸(NAA,2 000 mg∕L)处理均在一定程度上提高了蓝莓插穗的生根能力,其中IBA处理的2个品种的生根率显著高于对照,NAA处理的2个品种的生根率与对照差异不显著;IBA处理的‘比洛克西’和‘戴安娜’的生根指数(分别为6.48和4.81)显著高于NAA处理,表明IBA的促进作用显著好于NAA。‘比洛克西’在草炭体积∶蛭石体积=3∶1的混合基质中的生根率最高,在草炭中的平均生根条数和生根指数较高;‘戴安娜’在草炭、蛭石和混合基质中的生根率和生根指数无明显差异,表明扦插基质对蓝莓插穗生根能力的影响因品种而异,不同蓝莓品种应选择适合的基质进行扦插,以获得最佳的扦插生根效果。
Two southern highbush blueberry varieties‘Biloxi’and‘Diana’were used to analyze the effects of different plant growth regulators and substrates on rooting of blueberry hardwood cuttings.The results showed that indole butyric acid(IBA,2000 mg∕L)and naphthylacetic acid(NAA,2000 mg∕L)improved the rooting ability of blueberry cuttings to a certain extent.The rooting rates of the 2 varieties treated with IBA were significantly higher than those of controls,while the rooting rates of the 2 varieties treated with NAA were not significantly different from those of controls.The rooting indexes(RI)of‘Biloxi’and‘Diana’(6.48 and 4.81,respectively)treated with IBA were significantly higher than those of NAA treatments,suggesting the promoting effect of IBA was significantly better than that of NAA.The rooting rate of‘Biloxi’in mixed substrate of peat volume∶vermiculite volume=3∶1 was the highest,and the average root number and rooting index were higher in peat.There was no significant difference in rooting rate and RI of‘Diana’among the treatments of peat,vermiculite and mixed substrate,indicating the effects of substrate on rooting ability of blueberry cuttings varied with varieties.Different blueberry varieties should choose suitable substrate for cutting to obtain the best rooting effects.
