不同定时输精方案对青年母牛繁殖性能的影响

Effects of different timed insemination schemes on reproductive performance of heifers

摘要 选择健康、繁殖功能正常、膘情中等及以上的西门塔尔青年母牛150头,按照G-6-G法、GPE法和GPA法3种不同定时输精方案进行处理,测定其同期发情率、情期受胎率、体况评分等指标,评价不同定时输精方案和体况评分对输精效果的影响。结果表明:G-6-G组同期发情率最高为100%,与其他组差异不显著。各试验组牛体况评分均以6分或7分居多,试验1组情期受胎率最高为56.52%,显著高于GPE组的50.00%和GPA组的49.02%;体况评分5分试验组的同期发情率最低为92.31%,显著低于体况评分6分、7分试验组,体况评分5分试验组的情期受胎率最低为37.50%,极显著低于体况评分6分试验组,显著低于体况评分7分试验组。说明G-6-G组定时输精方案最好,体况评分为6—7分时,同期发情率和情期受胎率均较高,其同期发情率与情期受胎率呈正比。 One hundred and fifty healthy simmental heifer,with normal reproductive condition as well as fat condition medium and above,were selected according to three different timing insemination schemes,G-6-G method,GPE method and GPA method,to determine their estrous rates during the same period,fetal pregnancy rate,body condition score and other indicators,then to evaluate the effect of different inseminated programs and body condition score on insemination.The results showed that the highest estrus rate in G-6-G group of the experiment was 100%,which was not significantly different from the other groups.The body condition scores of cattle in each test group were 6 points or 7 points,and the gestation rate of the first test group was 56.52%,which was significantly higher than 50.00%of the GPE group and 49.02%of the GPA group;The lowest estrous rate in body condition score of 5 points group during the same period was 92.31%,which was significantly lower than that in the body condition score of 6 points and 7 points groups,and the body condition score of 5 points group had the lowest pregnancy rate of 37.50%,which was extremely significant lower than that in the body condition score 6 points group,and significantly lower than that in the body condition score 7 points group.It showed that the G-6-G method of the scheduled insemination program in the group of trials was the best.When the body condition score was 6—7 points,the estrus rate and the conception rate during the same period were both higher.
