我国食用菌产业发展路径与建议——基于新结构经济学理论的分析

Regional development path of edible fungi industry in China——Based on the theory of new structural economics

在分析我国食用菌主产区产业发展现状的基础上,将我国食用菌产业发展路径分为大宗品类规模化集约生产模式、产业深入发展模式、龙头企业强势引领带动模式、野生菌采集和新兴品种驯化模式四种发展模式。利用新结构经济学理论,从食用菌产业发展要素禀赋、产业转型状态、公共知识建设三方面分析我国食用菌产业发展的结构经济学状态,提出我国食用菌产业的发展应遵循"市场为主,政府为辅"的原则,坚持发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,政府应着力产业基础设置建设的产业发展建议。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of China’s edible fungi industrial development.Four kinds of development path are divided,that is,large-scale and intensive production mode for staple edible fungus,deeply development mode of the whole industrial chain,leading and driving mode of key enterprises,harvest or cultivation mode for wild edible mushrooms.Based on the theory of new structural economics,this paper analyzes the structural economics status of edible fungi industry development in China from three aspects,that is,factor endowment,industrial transformation state and public knowledge construction.In the end,it is suggested that the development of edible fungi industry in China should follow the principle of“market first,government second”,adhere to the decisive role of market in resource allocation,and the government should focus on the construction of industrial infrastructure.
