摘要 针对传统的发电机选型计算存在公式多、计算繁琐、难度大的问题,探讨ETAP软件在发电机选型中的应用。以系统总容量为679.89 k VA、单个负荷最大容量为160 k W的实际工程为例,选择容量为800 k VA、1 000 k VA、1 250 k VA的发电机,采用ETAP软件模拟电机的启动,并根据电机电流、电压及发电机母线电压变化确定发电机选型。结果表明,当发电机容量为1 250 k VA时,最大功率电机启动不会造成其他应急设备失电,而且启动时间最短,电机终端电压变化最小。相比传统选型计算方法,采用ETAP软件对发电机进行选型,可简化设计工作量,提高工作效率,为发电机的科学选型提供了一种新的方法。 Aiming at the problems of many calculation formulas,complicated calculation in traditional generator selection,the application of ETAP software in generator selection was discussed.Taking the actual project with the total capacity of 679.89 k VA and the maximum capacity of 160 kW for a single load as an example,the generators with capacity of 800 kVA,1000 kVA and 1250 k VA were selected to test.The start-up of the motor was simulated by ETAP software,and the generator selection was determined according to the changes of motor current,voltage and generator bus voltage.The results showed that when the generator capacity was 1250 k VA,the maximum power motor start would not cause other emergency equipment power loss,and the start time was shortest,motor terminal voltage change was minimal.Compared with the traditional selection calculation method,the selection of generators by ETAP software can simplify the design work and improve the work efficiency,which provided a new method for the scientific selection of generators.
