摘要
应用热风炉燃烧过程中物料平衡和热平衡的计算方法 ,研究了煤气和空气预热温度、空气过剩系数、煤气热值等对热风炉理论燃烧温度的影响 。
Using the calculation of mass and heat equilibrium in combustion process in hot blast stove,the effect of various factors (gas and air preheating temperature,air excess coefficient,gas calorific value,and so on ) on the theoretical combustion temperature of the stove was investigated.The way of raising the theoretical combustion temperature was analyzed from the macroscopic view point.
