特朗普执政后,中美两国对双方关系的主张严重错位,中美关系在经贸、政治和人文交流等领域都发生了巨大变化。拜登政府上台后,对特朗普政府的对华政策做出了一定调整,但仍将延续对华强硬的政策基调,同时更具针对性和平衡性。本文将综合广度和烈度来归纳分析特朗普政府对华政策态势的重大转变,并结合拜登及其政府主要人员的对华认知对未来中美关系的走向做出分析和判断;认为在今后的中美战略博弈中,中国需要维持战略理性、保持战略定力、坚持战略底线,认清现实,理清思路,积极发挥在中美关系上的影响力和塑造作用,促进中美两国关系的长期稳定与发展。

Since Trump came into power,there had been a serious mismatch between China and the US in their views on their relationship,thus leading to tremendous changes in China-US relations.After Biden came into office,the new US administration has made some adjustments to the China policy pursued by the Trump administration,but it will continue the tough policy tone toward China,while making it more targeted and balanced.This paper will summarize the major changes of the Trump administration’s policy toward China,and make an analysis and judgment on the future direction of China-US relations based on the cognition of Joe Biden and major members of his administration toward China,believing in the future strategic game between China and the US,China needs to maintain strategic rationality,strategic resolution and strategic bottom line,and actively leverage its influence on shaping China-US relations so as to ensure long-term stability and development of such relations.
