摘要
高校创新创业教师的能力与创新创业教育质量紧密相关,目前一些高校的创新创业教师队伍发展面临诸多问题,主要表现在创新创业教育师资力量较薄弱、创新创业教师队伍培养模式缺乏多元化、"双师双能型"教师紧缺、创新创业教师理论功底有待提高等方面。针对这些当前高校创新创业教师队伍发展遇到的困境,提出了高校教师创新创业能力培养的3种新型模式,分别是推行"1+1+N"培养模式、实行"外引+内生"培养模式、强化产学研"融通"培养模式,借此希望能为我国高校创新创业教师能力的培养提供些许建议。
The ability of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in colleges and universities is closely related to the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education. At present, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in some universities is facing many problems, mainly reflected in the weak innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers and the lack of diversified training models, "Dual-teacher dual-ability" teachers are in short supply, and innovative and entrepreneurial teachers need to improve their theoretical foundation. In response to these current difficulties encountered in the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship faculty of colleges and universities,three new models for cultivating college teachers’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities are proposed, which are the implementation of the "1+1+N" training model and the implementation of "external introduction + endogenous" Mode,strengthen the "integration" training mode of production, education and research, hoping to provide some suggestions for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in our universities.
