新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间恩施州护士职业获益感现状及其影响因素分析

Current status of occupational benefits of nurses and its influencing factors in Enshi Prefecture during COVID-19 outbreak

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情期间恩施州护士职业获益感现状及其影响因素。方法新冠肺炎疫情期间采用护士职业获益感问卷对恩施州2242名护士进行调查,分析护士职业获益感现状及其影响因素。结果恩施州护士职业获益感得分为(141.85±18.34)分,处于中等偏上水平。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、职称、工作年限、担心感染新冠肺炎的程度、是否参加疫情应急训练、婚姻状况、是否在抗疫一线工作、是否为独生子女是影响恩施州护士职业获益感的因素(均P<0.05)。结论恩施州护士职业获益感处于中等偏上水平,年龄、职称、工作年限、担心感染新冠肺炎的程度、是否参加疫情应急训练、婚姻状况、是否在抗疫一线工作、是否为独生子女是影响恩施州护士职业获益感的因素。

Objective To investigate the current status of occupational benefits of nurses and its influencing factors in Enshi Prefecture during COVID-19 outbreak.Methods Using the nurses′occupational benefits questionnaire a survey was conducted among 2242 nurses in Enshi Prefecture during COVID-19 outbreak to analyze the current status of occupational benefits of nurses and its influencing factors.Results The score for occupational benefits of nurses in Enshi Prefecture was 141.85±18.34,higher than the intermediate level.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,professional title,length of working years,degree of worry about infection with COVID-19,participation in emergency-response training against COVID-19,marital status,engaging in the frontline fight against COVID-19,and being the only child were the factors affecting the occupational benefits of nurses in Enshi Prefecture(all P<0.05).Conclusion The occupational benefits of nurses in Enshi Prefecture is at a level above average,and age,professional title,length of working years,degree of worry about infection with COVID-19,participation in emergency-response training against COVID-19,marital status,engaging in the frontline fight against COVID-19,and being the only child are the factors affecting the occupational benefits of nurses in Enshi Prefecture.
