锥形束CT在茎突综合征诊断中的应用观察

Application of cone beam CT in diagnosis of styloid process syndrome

摘要 目的探讨锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)及三维成像技术在诊断茎突综合征的临床价值。方法选取已确诊的并经手术治疗的10例茎突综合征患者(共罹患14侧)的锥形束CT影像资料(CBCT组)和曲面断层片影像资料(曲断组)。两组数据中的茎突长度与前倾角分别与术后茎突的实际数据进行比较。结果CBCT组的茎突检出率高于曲断组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组测量的茎突指标参数有明显差异(P<0.05)。CBCT组的临床符合率高于曲断组,茎突长度误差值和前倾角误差值均小于曲断组,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锥形束CT及三维成像技术能够有效提高茎突综合征的检查准确度,是确诊茎突综合征的可靠的辅助手段。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)and threedemensional imaging in the diagnosis of styloid syndrome.Methods The cone beam CT(CBCT group)and panoramic tomography(pantomograhy group)images of 10 patients diagnosed(14 sides in total)with styloid syndrome and treated by surgery were selected.The styloid length and anterior inclination of the two groups were compared with the actual data of the styloid process after operation.Results The detection rate of styloid process in CBCT group was higher than that in flexion group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of styloid process measured in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The clinical coincidence rate of the CBCT group was higher than that of the pantomograh group,and the error values of styloid length and anteroposterior angle were both lower than that of the pantomograh group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cone beam CT and 3 D imaging can effectively improve the accuracy of the detect of styloid syndrome.
