摘要
伴随着建筑业的高速发展,建筑总量的不断攀升和居住舒适度的提升,建筑耗能已与工业耗能、交通耗能并列,成为我国能源消耗的三大"耗能大户"。于此同时,建筑全过程中碳排放总量也在不断增加,严重污染着我们的环境。在这种形势下,绿色节能技术在建筑业中的应用尤为重要,被动式超低能耗建筑既符合国家对绿色、低碳、高质量可持续发展的要求,又能满足人们对健康生活和高品质的需求,必将成为建筑业高质量可持续发展的重要发展方向。
With the rapid development of the construction industry, the continuous rise of the total amount of construction and the improvement of living comfort, building energy consumption has become the three "big energy consumers" of China’s energy consumption, along with industrial energy consumption and traffic energy consumption. At the same time, the total amount of carbon emissions in the whole process of construction is also increasing, which seriously pollutes our environment. In this situation, the application of green energy-saving technology in the construction industry is particularly important. Passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings not only meet the national requirements for green, low-carbon, high-quality sustainable development, but also meet people’s needs for healthy life and high quality. It will become an important development direction of high-quality sustainable development in the construction industry.
