摘要 论述了基于AMEsim软件建立液压辊缝控制系统AMEsim模型,模拟真实轧制过程的咬钢、抛钢对HGC液压系统的冲击,分析液压回油单向阀本体频繁开裂的原因。通过分析AMEsim软件仿真的结果,并依据现场实际工况,提出对现有液压系统管路的改造优化方案。 Discuss on the AMESim model of hydraulic roll gap control system,which is established based on AMESim software.The impact of real steel biting and throwing on the HGC hydraulic system is simulated,and the reason of frequent cracking on the hydraulic check valve body is analyzed.Through analyzing the simulation results of AMESim software and the actual working conditions on site,an optimizing modification plan for the existing hydraulic system pipeline is put forward.
