多功能振动筛智能监测系统设计与应用

摘要 介绍了多功能振动筛智能监测系统电路设计。采用三轴加速度检测,较一般的单轴检测能提供更全面的信息用于机械振动故障诊断分析。通过对转轴扭矩和电动机同步转速的检测,能有效地对振动筛发生极限故障进行监测预报。系统各部分电路采用模块化设计且以串行方式连接,导线少,易于安装与维护。采用无线数据传输,可以避免检测人员在高噪声,高温,高粉尘的恶劣环境下工作。 Introduce the circuit design of intelligent monitoring system of multifunction vibrating screen.The triaxial acceleration detection is adopted.Comparing with single axis detection,it can provide more comprehensive information for mechanical vibration fault diagnosis and analysis.By detecting the torque of the rotating shaft and the rotate speed of the synchronous motor,the limit fault of the vibrating screen can be monitored and predicted effectively.Modular design is adopt for system circuits.It is connected in serial way with few wires and easy to install and maintenance.Wireless data transmission can avoid the detection personnel to work in the harsh environment of high noise,high temperature and high dust.
