摘要
目的:针对目前对室外活体植物叶片气孔尚不能有效观测的问题,研制了一台可在不影响叶片本身正常活动的情况下对叶片的气孔运行状态进行捕捉并进行保存的成像仪。方法:该成像仪被设计主要由光学采集部分、嵌入式系统以及机械部分组成。结果:该成像仪能够在室外对2 m以下,面积不大于80 mm×50 mm的活体植物叶片进行连续、长时间的有效观测,采集到的叶片气孔图像较为清晰。结论:利用该仪器实现了对不同植物叶片气孔的观察,为后续对叶片气孔的工作状态的研究打下基础。
Aims:To observe the stomata of the living leaves,we developed an imager that can capture and preserve the operating state of the stomata without affecting the normal activities of the leaves.Methods:The imager was mainly composed of an optical acquisition part,an embedded system and a mechanical part.Results:The imager could continuously and effectively observe the living plant leaves of no more than 80 mm×50 mm outdoors.The collected leaf stomata images were clear.Conclusions:The imager can be used to observe the stomata of different plant leaves,thus laying a foundation for the subsequent research on the working status of leaf stomata.
