摘要
目的:研究高新技术企业知识型人才队伍动态系统的建模和招聘策略问题。方法:首先,从高新技术企业知识人才队伍的构成及其不同岗位之间相互流动的特点出发,构建高新技术企业知识人才队伍系统的动力学模型;进而,基于现代控制理论和方法研究该人才队伍系统的动态特性和招聘策略。结果:考虑企业内部专业技术人员、管理人员、销售人员、工勤人员之间的内部转岗和自然离职,以及企业招聘等行为,建立了高新技术企业知识人才队伍系统的离散非线性时变动态模型;给出了企业员工系统的弹性控制(招聘)策略以及闭环系统渐近稳定的充分条件。结论:数值仿真结果表明,基于弹性控制思想提出的企业招聘策略能够保证知识员工系统的稳定性,有效保证了人才队伍的建设。
Aims:This article researches the modeling and recruitment strategy of the dynamic system of knowledge personnel in high-technology enterprises.Methods:Firstly,the dynamic model of knowledge talent team systems in high-tech enterprises was established according to the composition of the knowledge talent team and the characteristics of mutual flow among different positions.Then,based on modern control theory and method,the dynamic characteristics and recruitment strategy of the talent team system were studied.Results:Considering the internal job transfer,natural turnover and enterprise recruitment among professional and technical personnel,management personnel,sales personnel and service personnel,the discrete nonlinear time-varying dynamic model of knowledge talent team systems in high-tech enterprises was established.The elastic control(Recruitment)strategy of the enterprise employee system and the sufficient conditions for the closed-loop system to be asymptotically stable were given.Conclusions:The numerical simulation results show that the recruitment strategy based on the elastic control idea can ensure the stability of the knowledge staff system and effectively improve the performance of the talent team system.
