Analysis of the reasons affecting the consumption of steel materials and technological measures

摘要 对红钢炼钢厂转炉钢铁料消耗的影响原因主要从理论分析入手,并结合实际生产情况讨论钢铁料消耗受操作水平、入炉原材料质量、生产组织、钢坯质量等方面的影响,根据影响原因分析提出有效改进工艺措施,2020年一季度钢铁料消耗完成1 084 kg/t,与去年相比下降11 kg/t,有效地降低炼钢生产成本。 The reason for impact on converter steel consumption in Honggang Steelmaking Plant was mainly from theoretical analysis, and discussed the impact of steel consumption on operation level, raw material quality, production organization, billet quality, etc. According to the analysis of the impact reasons, effective process improvement measures were proposed. The consumption of steel materials in the first quarter of 2020 was 1 084 kg/t, which was 11 kg/t lower than last year, effectively reducing the cost of steelmaking production.
