小鼠脑部磁共振成像质量的对照研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价2种不同线圈的小鼠脑部磁共振成像的质量。方法:使用西门子skyra3.0T成像仪,对15只小鼠分别用8通道横向放置线圈和小柔表面线圈完成磁共振扫描,包括冠状位及横断位的T1WI、T2WI和SWI,扫描结束后由2名医师对图像进行主观评分,测量大脑皮质、侧脑室旁的信号强度及背景噪声强度,计算信噪比(SNR)及对比噪声比(CNR),并进行统计学分析。结果:8通道横向放置线圈的T1WI及T2WI图像主观评分均高于小柔表面线圈(P均<0.001)。8通道横向放置线圈冠状位T1WI及T2WI图像的SNR均高于小柔表面线圈(P均<0.01);8通道横向放置线圈横断位T1WI及T2WI图像的SNR和CNR均高于小柔表面线圈(P均<0.01);8通道横向放置线圈冠状位和横断位SWI图像的CNR均高于小柔表面线圈(P均<0.05)。结论:高场磁共振仪结合8通道横向动物线圈能很好地进行小鼠脑部磁共振成像,值得推荐应用。 Purpose:To evaluate the image quality of the magnetic resonance imaging of the mouse brain with two different coils.Methods:Fifteen mice were sequentially scanned with a 8-channel lateral placed small aperture coil and a small flexible coil,the images including the coronal and transverse sections of T1WI,T2WI and SWI.After all mice were scanned,all images were estimated by two physicians,the signal intensity and background noise intensity of cerebral cortex and lateral ventricle were measured,he the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and the contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)were calculated,and the statistical analysis was performed.Results:The statistical results showed that the subjective scores of the coronal and transverse T1WI and T2WI images acquired with the 8-channel lateral placed small aperture coil were higher than those with the small flexible coil(all P<0.001).The SNR of coronal T1WI and T2WI images acquired with the 8-channel lateral placed small aperture coil were higher than that with the small flexible coil(all P<0.01);The SNR and CNR of transverse T1WI and T2WI images acquired with the 8-channel lateral placed small aperture coil were higher than those with the small flexible coil(all P<0.01);The CNR of coronal and transverse SWI images acquired with the 8-channel lateral placed small aperture coil were higher than that with the small flexible coil(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The 8-channel lateral placed small aperture animal coil combined with high-field strength magnetic resonance instrument can be used as a good imaging method for the mouse brain,and it is worthy of being popularized and applied in the small animal brain research.
