磁共振电影成像观察子宫内膜蠕动波的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 子宫内膜蠕动波是子宫内膜类似于胃肠道蠕动而产生的一种运动波形,其在月经周期的不同时间点及绝经前后均有不同的运动特点。子宫内膜蠕动波的测量方法多样,但随着磁共振硬件及技术的发展,采用磁共振电影成像(Cine-MRI)来观察子宫内膜蠕动波已成为趋势。同时为了更好地显示子宫内膜蠕动波,研究人员就最佳技术参数进行多方面实验,但尚没有统一的标准。目前利用Cine-MRI技术对常见临床妇科问题进行了许多研究,例如子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症及腺肌症、原发性痛经等,可为许多妇科疾病的发病机制提供合理解释。本文就Cine-MRI对子宫内膜蠕动波的研究进展作一综述,旨在为从事相关研究的医务人员提供参考。 The endometrial peristalsis wave is a movement of the endometrium similar to the gastrointestinal peristalsis.It presents different characteristics at various phases of menstrual cycle and around the menopause.A number of methods can be adopted to measure the endometrial peristalsis wave.However,with the hardware and technology advancement of magnetic resonance,it has become a trend to observe the endometrial peristalsis wave with the aid of Cine-MRI.For the better observation of the endometrial peristalsis wave,researchers carried out various experiments in terms of optimal technical parameters,but they reached no agreement.So far,many studies have been conducted on common clinical gynecological diseases,such as the uterine leiomyoma,endometriosis and adenomyosis,primary dysmenorrhea and so on,which provide a reasonable explanation for the pathogenesis of gynecological diseases.This paper intends to review the research status of endometrial peristaltic waves with the aid of Cine-MRI.Thus,it can provide reference for the related medical staff.
