摘要
可再生能源发电制氢被认为是解决弃电消纳问题的一条有效途径,将氢气以一定的比例掺入天然气中,利用现有的天然气管道或管网进行输送,有可能是当前实现大规模氢气输送的最佳方式。为此,围绕掺氢天然气管道输送中的若干关键问题,通过文献调研的方式回顾和分析了近年来国内外掺氢天然气管道输送的主要研究进展。研究结果表明:①天然气管道允许的掺氢比上限仍不明晰,需重点揭示掺氢天然气对典型管材氢脆和氢腐蚀的影响,建立典型管材关键力学性能数据库和相容性评价体系;②要探究掺氢天然气的泄漏、积聚、燃烧和爆炸等安全事故特征和演化规律的变化,需明确掺氢对安全事故产生的新影响,发展缺陷在线智能监测和应急修复技术;③目前掺氢天然气管输风险评估和可靠性评价方法研究不足,需要开展考虑掺氢影响的天然气管输完整性评价和智能管理;④进一步完善掺氢天然气管输配套设备、输送工艺、掺氢及氢分离工艺等,并尽快制订掺氢天然气管输技术标准和安全运行技术体系。结论认为,该研究成果可以为掺氢天然气管道输送关键技术的研究和推广应用提供有益的参考。
Power generation and hydrogen production from renewable energy is considered as an effective way to solve the waste of surplus renewable energy.At present,the best way to realize large-scale hydrogen transportation may be to blend hydrogen into natural gas at a certain proportion and transport the mixture through the existing natural gas pipelines or pipeline networks.Focusing on several key issues in the pipeline transportation of hydrogen-blended natural gas,this paper reviews and analyzes domestic and foreign main research progresses on the pipeline transportation of hydrogen-blended natural gas in recent years by means of literature investigation.And the following research results were obtained.First,the upper limit of allowable hydrogen blending ratio for natural gas pipelines has not been determined clearly.Much attention shall be paid to reveal the influence of hydrogen-blended natural gas on hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion of typical pipes,and it is necessary to establish a key mechanical property database and compatibility evaluation system of typical pipes.Second,to explore the characteristics and evolution laws of hydrogen safety accidents,such as leakage,accumulation,combustion and explosion,it is necessary to clarify the newly-introduced impact of hydrogen blending on safety accidents and develop the online intelligent defect monitoring and emergency repair techniques.Third,the research on the risk assessment and reliability evaluation methods of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline transportation is still insufficient,so it is necessary to carry out integrity evaluation and intelligent management of natural gas pipeline transportation considering the influence of hydrogen blending.Fourth,it is necessary to further improve the supporting equipment,transportation process,hydrogen blending technique and hydrogen separation technique of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline transportation and formulate the technical standards and safe operation technical system of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline transportation as soon as possible.In conclusion,the research results can provide beneficial reference for the research and application of the key techniques of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline transportation.
