摘要
针对复合材料方杆成型模,设计了新型限位体系的八瓣模模具结构,通过限位凸轮和端部齿轮来控制成型压力的变化。材料体系选用T700-12k-50C碳纤维,成型工艺选择烘箱固化工艺。通过此成型工艺成功制备出了外形、内部质量满足要求的复合材料方杆,为同类型的产品的生产提供了参考与借鉴。
Aiming at the composite square bar forming die,a new type of eight valve mold structure with limit system was designed.The change of molding pressure was controlled by limiting cam and end gear.T700-12k-50c carbon fiber was selected as material system.And oven curing method was selected as molding process.Through this molding process,we successfully fabricated a composite square rod.Its appearance and internal quality meet the requirements of use.It provides a reference for the production of the same type of products.
