摘要
随着智能制造的不断推进,贯穿产品全生命周期的工业大数据越发受到重视。针对愈演愈烈的航天产品多品种、变批量、短周期研制生产模式,分析了产品制造过程中产生的海量、多源数据,提出一种数据驱动的智能化工艺设计模式。通过主流三维软件平台进行了验证,证明了模式的可行性,为后续进一步深化智能化工艺设计、实现精益工艺奠定基础。
With the development of intelligent manufacturing,industry big data which runs through the whole life cycle of products attracts more and more attention.Firstly,this paper analyzes the massive and multi-source data generated in the manufacturing process of the increasingly extensive multi-variety variable-batch and short-cycle mode of space products,and proposes a data-driven intelligent process design way.Lastly,the feasibility of this model is verified by the mainstream 3 D software,which lays a foundation for further deepening the intelligent process design and realizing the lean process.
