摘要
针对某卫星大型网状雷达天线微型展开铰链装配过程存在的盲区操作特点,总结出一种采用触觉与听觉感知的微型展开铰链蜗卷弹簧盲区装配操作方法.该方法通过制作工装辅助,感知螺钉与蜗卷弹簧卡位时力矩变化和听到卡位声音感知,实现蜗卷弹簧与螺钉正确装配;借助无损检测方法实现铰链的蜗卷弹簧产品装配关系验证,确保铰链合格率及可靠度。在某导航卫星上大型网状雷达天线的展开机构装配中成功应用。结果表明,此装配方法能有效降低螺钉装配不到位错误,显著提高盲区装配作业的效率,极大提高产品装配合格率和铰链产品的可靠度。
In view of the blind area operation characteristics in the assembly process of small deployable hinges for large net-shape deployable antennas,this paper proposes an operating method in the blind area for spiral springs of small deployable hinges based on tactile and auditory perception.Assisted by designed tools,operators sensed the change of torque by hand when the screws and spiral springs are clamped and heard the clamping sound to judge,and finally realized the correct assembly of the spiral springs and the screws.With the help of non-destructive testing method,the assembly relationship of the hinges with the spiral springs is verified to ensure the qualified rate and reliability of the hinges.In the assembly process of large net-shape deployable antennas of Beidou navigation satellites,the application results show that it can reduce the assembly errors of screws and improve the efficiency of assembly in the blind area.
