摘要
以新鲜三角梅花苞为原料,以水为溶剂,运用超声波方法提取三角梅中的红色素。通过单因素和响应面分析法实验,确定最优的提取工艺:超声功率331 W,超声时间25 min,料液比1∶12(g∶mL),所提取的红色素在414 nm处的吸光值为1.402。三角梅红色素的稳定性研究结果表明:pH值在偏酸性及中性环境时较稳定,对光敏感度不高,避免暴晒,80℃以下耐热性良好。
The red pigment was extracted from the fresh bud of Bougainvillea by ultrasonic method with water as solvent.Through single factor and response surface analysis experiments,the optimal extraction process was determined as follows:ultrasonic power 331 W,ultrasonic time 25 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶12(g∶mL).The absorbance value of the red pigment at 414 nm was 1.402.The results of the experiment on the stability of the red pigment showed that the red pigment is stable in the environment where pH value is acidic and neutral,insensitive to light which suggests the avoidance of the exposure to the sun,and has good heat resistance below 80℃.
