电子信息类专业教育质量保障体系的构建与评价

Construction and Evaluation of Education Quality Assurance System of Electronic Information Majors

为了保障电子信息类专业的教育质量,遵循工程教育认证标准等相关标准规范,结合本科教学工作审核评估工作,构建电子信息类专业教育质量保障体系,运用PDCA循环法评价电子信息类专业教育质量保障体系,实时评价人才培养目标的适应度,实时评价教师队伍和办学资源条件的保障度与支撑度,实时评价教学质量保障体系运行的有效度,在学生就业时评价学生和社会用人单位的满意度,在学生工作5年左右评价人才培养目标的达成度,不断完善专业人才培养目标,保障教育质量持续性提高。

In order to guarantee the educational quality of electronic information majors in Hainan Tropical Ocean University,the educational quality assurance system of electronic information majors was constructed by following the certification standards of engineering education and other relevant standards and specifications,and in combination with review and evaluation of undergraduate teaching.By applying PDCA Cycle to evaluate the quality guarantee system,carried out were the real-time evaluation of fitness of personnel training objectives,that of the guarantee degree and support degree of teachers and school resource conditions,and that of the effectiveness of the operation of teaching quality assurance system.Meanwhile the satisfaction of students and social employers was evaluated during students’first emploryment.employed.Furthermore,the degree of achievement of talent training objectives was appraised in the fifth year of employment in order to improve the professional talent training objectives and ensure the continuous improvement of education quality.
