On the Strategies of Improving the Effectiveness of Taijiquan Teaching in Colleges and Universities

本研究以高校太极拳教学成就的提升策略为主要研究对象。为了提出有针对性的、科学的对策与建议,文章首先分析了现阶段影响我国高校太极拳教学成效的主要因素,即:教学理念存在偏差、教学方法过于单调以及教学内容有待完善三点,然后针对上述分析的三点影响高校太极拳教学成效的因素,提出了重视教学理念的科学性、重视教学方法的灵活性以及重视教学内容的合理性三点策略,希望为我国高校太极拳教学活动的高效开展提供一定的参考与借鉴。

This study is to improve the effectiveness of Taijiquan teaching strategy. In order to put forward targeted and scientific countermeasures and suggestions, this paper first analyzes the main factors that affect the effectiveness of Taijiquan Teaching in Colleges and universities at this stage, that is, the deviation of teaching philosophy, monotonous teaching methods and imperfect teaching content. Then, in view of the above three factors that affect the effectiveness of Taijiquan Teaching in Colleges and universities, it puts forward some suggestions to attach importance to teaching philosophy We hope to provide some reference for the efficient development of Taijiquan teaching activities in Colleges and universities.
