艺术体操柔韧素质训练方法与瑜伽体式的结合研究

摘要 文章采用文献资料法、实验法、访谈法等研究方法,对各种各样瑜伽体式的运用进行分析研究,对不同瑜伽体式的特点和功效进行探讨。瑜伽与艺术体操有许多相同的拉伸练习,也有许多互补的练习。针对这些体式的不同特点与相同特点,相互学习,相互融合,编成一套适合艺术体操运动员练习的瑜伽组合,从而促进艺术体操运动员柔韧性的提高,同时培养运动员的专业技能素养和心理稳定性以及意志力。 This paper USES the methods of literature,experiment,interview and study to analyze and study the application of various yoga postures.Through the different yoga posture characteristic,the effect carries on the study discussion thereby.Yoga and rhythmic gymnastics have many of the same stretching exercises,but also many complementary exercises.According to the different characteristics and the same characteristics of these asanas,we learn from each other and integrate them into a set of yoga combinations suitable for rhythmic gymnasts to practice.In this way,it can improve the flexibility of rhythmic gymnasts and cultivate their professional skills,psychological stability and willpower.
