民族传统文化与高校体育融合路径探析

On the Integration of National Traditional Culture and College Physical Education

随着经济全球化发展,中国成为全球第二大经济体,在多方面受到西方外来文化的影响,特别是文化思想方面,影响着我国民族传统体育文化的传承与发展。通过文献资料法、访谈法、统计法等,以高校传统体育文化发展研究为主要内容,分析现阶段大学生群体体育文化创新的实践依托,提出建构体育技能和文化并重的高校体育教学模式,强调思政体育,整合民族传统与体育教学资源融合,充实高校体育课程体系。

With the globalization of economic development, China has become the second largest economy in the world. All aspects are influenced by the Western foreign culture, especially the cultural thought, which affects the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional sports culture. Through the methods of literature review, interview and statistics, this paper analyzes the practice of College Students’ group sports culture innovation based on the research on the development of traditional sports culture in Colleges and universities, puts forward the construction of college physical education teaching mode which pays equal attention to sports skills and culture, emphasizes ideological and political sports, integrates national tradition and sports teaching resources, and enriches college physical education curriculum system.
