供给侧改革视角下农村公共体育服务供给路径探析

On the Supply Path of Rural Public Sports Service from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

采用文献资料法、实地考察法、问卷调查法等研究方法,以所调查乡村公共体育服务的"供给"和"需求"作为研究对象,分别就农村公共体育服务的需求和政府等相关部门的供给进行调查分析,认为目前农村公共体育服务主要存在的问题是:农村体育公共服务需求与供给的偏离现象;农村公共体育服务供给结构不合理、区域差异;农村公共体育服务治理碎片化。提出立足供给侧改革,凸显需求侧;优化法治环境,保障农村居民基本权益;因地制宜,破除路径依赖的优化路径。

Using the methods of literature review,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and so on,taking the "supply" and "demand" of the investigated rural public sports service as the research object,this paper respectively investigates and analyzes the demand of rural public sports service and the supply of government and other relevant departments,and thinks that the main problems of rural public sports service are:the demand of rural public sports service The main problems are:the deviation of demand and supply;the unreasonable supply structure and regional differences of rural public sports service;the fragmentation of rural public sports service governance.It proposes:Based on the supply side reform,highlight the demand side;optimize the legal environment,protect the basic rights and interests of rural residents;adjust measures to local conditions,break the path dependence optimization path.
