The Retrospect and Prospect of the Research on the Construction of CPC’s Cohesion Within the Party:The Investigation Based on Domestic Literature

中国共产党党内凝聚力建设是永恒课题。近年来,国内学术界围绕中国共产党党内凝聚力建设的内涵、历史发展脉络、建构价值、现实阻滞因素、发展路向等方面进行了一系列研究,取得了较为丰硕的成果。现有研究成果为人们正确认识和理解中国共产党党内凝聚力建设提供了重要参考。但整体而论,仍存在一些薄弱之处,需要从学理角度界定时代内涵、整体层面总结历史经验、国际国内两个方面追寻价值"、老问题""新情况"视角分析影响因素、系统性维度建构理论体系。

The construction of CPC’s cohesion within the Party is an eternal subject.In recent years,the domestic academic have focused on the construction of CPC’s cohesion within the Party of connotation,historical development context,construction value,reality hindering factors,development direction,etc.and have been formed a series of academic papers,and have been obtained some fruitful research results.The existing research results provide an important reference for people to correctly understand the construction of CPC’s cohesion within the Party.However,as a whole,there are still some research weaknesses of the thresholds,which need to define the connotation of the era from the perspective of academic theory,summarize historical experience from the overall level,find its value from both international and domestic dimensions,find out the actual influencing factors from the"old factors"and"new conditions",construct its theoretical system from the systematic dimension.
