动态称重系统在城市道路运营管理中的应用

Application of Weigh-in-motion System to Urban Road Operations Management

道路超载一直是困扰公路与城市道路运营与维护管理的一个社会问题,随着国家和地方相关政策的出台及先进治超技术的应用,高速公路超载问题已得到了有效的防治,且效果显著。但对于城市道路,尚没有形成有效的防治与监管,道路超载引发的事故频发,道路运维成本居高不下。所以从超载技术管理角度,结合国内外汽车超载检测技术的发展,对动态称重系统做了简要介绍,并通过该系统在具体项目中的实际应用情况分析,对动态称重系统在我国城市道路运维管理中的应用提出了几点思考,为城市道路称重技术的发展、超载综合治理等提供参考。

Road overload has always been a social problem that plagues the operation and maintenance&manage ment of highways and urban roads.With the introduction of relevant policies and the application of advanced overload control technology,the problem has been effectively controlled and the effect is remarkable.There is no effective prevention and supervision for overloads in urban roads so that accidents happened frequently.It causes costs of road operation and maintenance high.From the perspective of overload technology management,this paper briefly intro duces the dynamic weighing system according to the development of vehicle overload detection technology at home and abroad.The actual application of the system in specific projects are analyzed.Some ideas on the application of the Weigh-in-Motion in the operation and maintenance&management of urban roads are put forward in China to provide reference for the development of urban road weighing technology and overload comprehensive treatment.
